6 week Beginner Program
While still prioritizing athletic improvement, This is a 6 week long program for young athletes with little experience with resistance training. With an even split between bodyweight and weight resisted movements, this program will allow for athletes to familiarize themselves with some basic weight training movements in order to prepare them for more complex exercises in the future. All weights used are completely customizable and are expertly designed for steady progressive overload.
